Bird, Small Animal, Reptile We strive to make sure our birds, small animals, and reptiles are in the best of health. · If, however, a health problem develops within seven days, we will replace the pet or refund the purchase price. · To receive your refund you must supply proof of health issue and your receipt. · We will not be responsible for incurred vet bills. · All animal sales are final. · You must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult to purchase pets. Fish · We guarantee our fish for 24 hours after purchase. · This guarantee does not cover existing fish in your tank. · To qualify for a fish replacement, you need to bring: 1. The dead fish; 2. Your receipt; and 3. A water sample from your fish tank (separate from dead fish). If your water quality is poor, credit may be issued instead of immediate replacement. |
